After graduating from UC Berkeley 🐻, I joined Brex as employee #50 where I played a central role in recruiting and scaling the company to over 1,500 in 4 years. I then entered the Web3 space and oversaw all technical recruiting efforts at Phantom where I delivered critical I.C. & leadership hires in spite of the "crypto winter."
My start-up experiences have uniquely positioned me to help other founders seeking to find, close, and retain top talent. As a fellow entrepreneur, I love working with those who also dream big and move with a strong bias to action! ✨
